We’re a local, family owned small business that doesn’t have the large regional overhead, fees and other bad experiences you may have encountered with other companies. We also continue our education in the industry to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies.

John was raised in Anne Arundel County and graduated from Arundel Senior High School. He started in the trade in May of 1996 and holds both a master mechanical and electrical license. John lives in Gambrills, Maryland with his wife Linda, daughter Emma and two dogs Riley and Gator. John enjoys hiking on the weekends as well as riding his motorcycle. He is a big fan of Formula 1 Racing, and can be often found in the kitchen creating a tasty treat.

Christina Umstead
Administrative Wizard/Service Coordinator
Chrissy started her role in the HVAC world in 2004 and joined FIXED! in March of 2019. Her experience keeps the office running smoothly and schedules in check.
Chrissy lives in the Baltimore Highlands with her husband Tony, two children and two dogs, Odie, and Tucker.
Chrissy enjoys playing volleyball, Softball, and socializing with family and friends.
Kevin Hynes
Technician
Kevin started in the construction trades in 2005, and entered the HVAC field in 2009. Kevin joined the FIXED! Family in April of 2018.
Kevin lives in Chesapeake Beach Maryland with his wife Brittany, they have 2 boys, that are active in team sports, and a dog, Dakota. Kevin also raises chickens and keeps all of us supplied with farm fresh eggs. He spends his free time coaching for the local youth sports teams, enjoys boating and participating in community events.
Kyle Gibbons
Technician
Kyle started in the trade, learning from his father, in 2008. So I guess you could say HVAC in his blood. Kyle joined the FIXED! Family in April of 2019.
Kyle lives in Glen Burnie. He enjoys watching movies, playing pinball and sport fishing.
